HOPE – Help Overcoming Problems Effectively

Practical help and support groups

The ‘HOPE Course' (Help Overcoming Problems Effectively) helps people manage the day to day impact cancer has on their lives and rediscover their strengths after treatment ends. All 2 day courses and consecutive Saturdays. The venue holds 6 participants and 2 facilitators to enable participants to feel comfortable and relaxed with social distancing. This has been working well and have feedback from the groups after we have facilitated on our local feedback form.
